How to Begin Your Investment Journey ?

Account Setup

To start, you will need to create an account on our technology platform and establish a dedicated demat account with a recognized brokerage firm such as Zerodha, Axis Direct, IIFL, Groww, or any other broker. Additionally, a dedicated bank account linked exclusively to your broker account must be in place. All investment recommendations we provide will be executed through this designated demat account.

Customer Onboarding

Upon receiving your email, we will begin the customer onboarding process. This involves updating essential information on our technology platform, including your name, PAN number, email address, and contact number. During the next phase, you will complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) form, which helps us better understand your financial background. We will also conduct a risk profiling and suitability assessment to ensure that the recommended investment products align with your risk tolerance and financial goals. The onboarding process concludes with the digital signing of an agreement, guided by our team to ensure a seamless experience.

Integration with Broker Account

In the final stage of onboarding, we will integrate your broker account with our tech platform to facilitate a smooth flow of investment advice from the advisor to your broker. The platform allows you to review, accept, or reject the investment recommendations provided. Upon acceptance, the platform will utilize the Smallcase gateway to transmit the advice to your broker for execution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the orders are executed successfully.

For a Resident Indian, you will need the following documents.

  • 1. Pan card, adhar card self attested copies.
  • 2. Signed Cancelled cheque. If name is not printed on the cheque, then statement or passbook copy self attested will be required.
  • 3. Photos
  • 4. Specimen signature.


KYC Documents from NRI Customer :

  • 1. PAN Card Copy - Self attested
  • 2. Photocopy of Passport ( First and Last Page) - Self attested
  • 3. Photocopy of Valid VISA/ Work Permit/ Resident Permit - Self attested
  • 4. Indian / Overseas Address Proof -Self attested
  • 5. OCI/ POA Card copy - Self attested (for Foreign Passport port holder)
  • 6. Passport size Photographs of all account holders

Along with this PIS account (for NRE ) is compulsory for NRI investors. You may open PIS account after checking with your broker for seamless operation.
